Standard Booking & Deposit Policy

By scheduling an appointment with Chi Bella Hair Inc. ("Chi Bella Hair Inc."), you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined below. These policies help us maintain an organized schedule and ensure fairness to all clients.
Deposits
Terms
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
- Deposits are applied toward the total cost of the service.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
Limits
- Deposits may be transferred once with at least 24 hours notice.
- Changes made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited.
Deposits are not transferable between clients or services.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Notice Requirement
Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Fees
Same-day cancellations may result in loss of the deposit.
No-shows may result in the full service amount being charged.
Fees may be charged to the payment method on file.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment.
Late arrivals may also result in:
- shortened services
- rescheduling
- or forfeiture of the deposit
This helps maintain the schedule for all clients.
Service Adjustments
Service requests should be accurately selected at booking.
The salon reserves the right to adjust, reschedule, or modify appointments that are booked incorrectly.
Additional charges may apply if service time or complexity increases.
Appointment Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
- booking the correct service
- arriving on time
- providing accurate contact information
Failure to follow these policies may result in appointment cancellation or additional fees.
Acknowledgment
By booking, paying a deposit, or confirming an appointment, you agree to the policies outlined above.
These policies may be used as supporting documentation in the event of a payment dispute or chargeback.
Policies may be updated at any time.
